Yeah, but very rare (Army ants in Amazonia ? We've all seen the documentaries). Basically, just put the sugar and powdered milk containers in a bowl, or a slightly larger diameter container, with about an inch of water in it (if no space in the ref'). Make sure work surfaces are properly wiped down, and no bits of rice/crumbs lying around = No ant problem.
