The title specifies NAIA in Manila. Does anyone know if it includes MCIA on Mactan?

Yes, according to The Freeman. No mention of length of quarantine.

Seven days, five days if fully vaccinated from a green list country.  This according to the info on the "One Health Pass" web site.

I'd be very interested in (and grateful for) hearing a report on or by someone who has arrived at MCIA in the last few days.
