Since you only connect thru Istanbul you can fill out the OHP while your still in the Netherlands. As far as the BOI and BOH are concerned Amsterdam is the beginning of your trip. Bulaga67 Posted May 31, 2022 Author Posted May 31, 2022 Hi Guys I try to fill out the OHP and i am not able to add my booster shot only give me the option for my first 2 vaccinations and not the third one. 2x Pfizer and my booster is Moderna 3 vaccinations in total.
