Witnessing my signature

Good morning, I need to get my signature witnessed on a Aussie Government form, so who is authorised to do that , taken into account I need some degree of secrecy?

Go to the city hall. Will be someone there that notarizes documents and can witness signature's but in reality probably anyone can witness but depends on what it says on your forms.

You can get a Notary Public to do it - I usually pay around 300php for such a service here.  

The document should stipulate who can do it but usually Bank Manager/Doctor/Accountant/Public Officer will suffice.
