I just ordered another one of these on Lazada.  I paid around 1200 for the first one a few years ago.  Still works fine.  Now they are only700-800.  I have the current one in the bedroom and will put the new one on the big TV.   I use the old one on our 9 year old 42" LG in the bedroom because some of the SMART TV features like You Tube became outdated and LG no longer supported updates.  The box makes it into a Android TV.

You can download all kinds of apps to watch TV or movies, but we liked the free My Family Cinema that was installed for a trial, so I subscribed.  Paid about $3.99 a month for the and the last two years paid $29.99 a year.  Gets just about all the movies and TV shows, with a small lag from release.  TV shows like Yellowstone are predictable with a ~2 day lag.  Movies are more, like a week.  Also has many old classic movies, which I enjoy.

Edit:  I didn't pull the trigger because I noticed Lazada is pushing a sale starting the 28th.  Many of these will be less that 700.

I ordered this one below last night after midnight when the sale started.  There are cheaper offers but this one has Android 11.1 and more memory.

Many, including this one, have a mini-keyboard for an extra ~200.  Decided not to get it but it might be nice.  Some of the ads appear to include it in the price, but when you actually order, you have to add it.

Exactly!  We have a black sofa and loveseat, and we used to constantly "lose" the remote.  Hiding in plain sight!  Now, easy to spot.  They have glow in the dark covers too, but I think the price was ~700.

As I said, I just sprung for one - sky blue to coordinate my son's decor - why not!

Way cheaper than others advertised on Lazada - anything from 400php to 2000php. Stung for delivery of course, 105php for the cover and 125php for delivery but hey ho.

Again, thanks!

OH boy. 9 pages of TV tells  me some need to get a life. Yes Im just being an asshole as usual and understand that some sort of imaginary stimulation is often required to keep one in a simulated environment of the fantasy's imposed on us.

TV, is like a window with endless, ever-changing views

We have one hung on the wall and often I fall asleep on my side facing the TV. A few times When I wake up from my nap the first thing I see is the TV and one time a Taliban terrorist was shown giving a message to the west. I almost crap myself, so real like.

Dang Boss Man, what a splendid idea for a stimulated environment.  So I bought a surround sound system with Alexa controlling my TV entertainment, including my security camera system.  But she cut me off last night, warning me that I'm wankin' too much watching PornHub.

I have a 55 inch TCL which I have owned for about 5 years, I use Fiber internet for local channels and two streaming services, no cable. TCL works great. Only problem I have is it needs to be rebooted (pull the plug for 30 seconds then replace) once a month or so because it won't change channels but I think that is an internet problem bcuz it only happens in my new apt. I would not hesitate to buy another one if the price was right.

Ordered - great find, much appreciated!

Actually, they have silicone covers for most of the popular remotes now.  A worthwhile investment.

I only really bought the one for the Samsung as it's my son's TV and he's careless.  He's already dropped it once and we only set it up 4 days ago!
