Popular Post Jollygoodfellow Posted September 15, 2022 Popular Post Posted September 15, 2022 Today I renewed my visa and after my last experience at the main Cebu office in Jmall I was not going back so went to Mactan. Mactan office about 10am Only one other person there waiting for their visa. As I was leaving one more showed up. Office, cool. Seats and a writing place to fill in the form. Not like the main office with nothing to put your paper work on to fill the details. Quick transaction, maybe 10 minutes only. No bull or scams Form hard to read as font too small but had GF to fll it in. Eyes are not like they used to be probably because I was told certain activities send you blind but I did not listen but turned out to be true. No crap about comming back in 3 days. Paid exactly as the sign says on the wall. Easy experience and cost for first extension P3030 Extra cost for taxi compared to going to Jmall only about P200. Worth it and will use Mactan again. 9
OnMyWay Posted September 17, 2022 Posted September 17, 2022 That is what is so aggravating about gov offices here. It appears that central does not tell each office what any minimum requirements are. E.g., if forms are typically filled out onsite, a place to write is a minimum requirement. My local Olongapo office is small and not busy, but was always well run when I visited. They have a 4 seater Lifetime card table for those that need to fill forms and about 12 waiting chairs.
