I'm fairly certainly they have them in Cebu City area. You have to be careful with what you buy there because a lot is returned goods. The web site seems different now and they seem to be doing a lot of auctions. https://hmr.ph/ Most of the time I just laugh at the junk I see people buying for too many pesos, considering it was rejected by a customer in the U.S. or Australia. You see things that still have the price tags on them from Home Depot, Dicks Sporting Goods, etc. Once in a while you can find a gem in the rough. I bought a power washer with a Honda engine, probably returned, but tested perfectly. The wheels had a little dirt on them but otherwise seemed new.
