I think I spoke too soon! Been here 26 years and I’ve never seen rain so bad. Not sure what’s happening around us as no electricity but there must be major flooding in the lowlands of Laguna, Quezon and Batangas.

Stay safe

Not looking forward to a very rainy drive home tomorrow.

Our drive home from Baguio to Subic was not too bad.  I was using Windy to try and predict if it would be very bad, and it looked like we had an opening.  Heavy wind and rain in Baguio when we left, but the rain stopped by the time we go to La Union.  Very windy all the way to Angeles.  After a quick stop at S&R Dau, the downpour started and kept up all the way to Subic.  4WD and max of about 85 all the way, to avoid hydroplaning.

Heavy rain and wind predicted here tomorrow for Halloween.  Looks like Halloween is a washout but neighbors are talking about rescheduling Trick or Treat.

Looks like another one headed this way.   Hopefully it will not grow too large.
