We got a reprieve from the weather Gods just long enough for the Halloween spirits to take over for a few hours.  I thought there was no way for Trick or Treat, but many braved the weather to get out.  Halloween is big here in Subic and after two years of lockdown, they were itching for Halloween fun.

Lucky for me, the kids are not really into candy.  We give it away all year.

Great pics.  Reminded me of our Halloween yesterday.  Funny though, the same adult guys who would not wear a mask for the last two years are now putting on full facial masks just to scare the kids :hystery:

Two weeks ago the chairman of SBMA issued a memo that trick or treating would be allowed provided that masks are worn and social distancing is followed!  What a joke!  This was after Marcos said no masks required outdoors but before he said no masks required indoors.  A lot of people wore masks while trick or treating.

Went to the mall today for the first time without a mask.  I would say 90% in the mall still wore masks.

No kids showed up at our house.  Maybe they remembered what happened here last year?

Everything went black except for a tiny square in the middle? Scary.
