Pacific Cross Health Insurance

There is an expat member in our Angeles City expat FB group who is an agent for Pacific Cross insurance.  A lot of expats give him excellent reviews for rates, service and help with claims.  He has even helped expats who did not buy policies from him or do not have insurance.  He seems to be well connected in the insurance arena and at the hospitals.  I think he lives up North in La Union but comes to Angeles frequently.

I was considering buying a family policy next year?  Any opinions on Pacific Cross health insurance? 

He showed me a Pacific Cross Travel policy (same as PC website) but their coverage limits were low, so I went with a more expensive AXA travel policy.
