A friend has 3 packages arrived 6 weeks ago and they still have not put them in his cart. I see their posts on Facebook because he comments. This is one of their replies from a Facebook topic. Hi Athena, we are currently processing parcels scanned on Nov. 15 onwards. We apologize for this delay that affected your holidays. We will do our best to expedite everything.
