Learning a lot here... all this time I though Britain, Hong Kong, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia shared the same currency.... :hystery:

Actually the other countries do share the same currency……..the dollar (think about it a second or two). 🤣🤣🤣

Portraits are used in currency design because they are supposedly the most difficult to replicate.  You need a highly skilled engraver to get it right.  With the exception of living monarchs and dictators, the portraits are usually dead people.
