 Steve mate, Nice one. For me I am very lucky ( maybe well planned?) We have a double indemnity on most things ( the Wills are reciprocal) with Azon having been with her job over 25 years now I from her estate, am going to be fairly well off ( to Philippine standards)

My wife has a small life insurance policy that I'm the beneficiary of but I'd put that into some sort of trust for when her daughter and soon to be husband want to buy a home.  

As to staying in PI?  I would as long as my health holds out.  The minor inconveniences and little frustrations that can be part of life here are just, well, part of life and my normal now, so go mostly unnoticed. I'd have to reassess where in PI I would reside when and if the time comes.

I've already got a place picked out, more of the family are in Ozamiz than CDO so there rather than CDO.

A few of the family are buried there already and there is a double plot near the family plot that I've got my eye on.
