Waiting to learn how many drunks get hurt climbing or descending those stairs.  Also keep count of the elderly.  Did the Barangay Captain disclose the cost?  P10 million?  P20 million?

A little stairway humor.

The Three Stooges delivering ice up several flights of stairs in An Ache In Every Stake from 1941.

There are still tools, block, incomplete hand rail, etc.  Perhaps there will be a finish coat of mortar to clean things up?

Land of bubblegum and bailing wire. Where the motto "It's good enough for Government work!" comes true.

Measure with calipers, mark with chalk, cut with an axe.
