LT Mac Posted December 25, 2025 Posted December 25, 2025 I bought some Ipod 2 Pro since I have seen many good reviews for their hearing aid feature. After purchasing them I had trouble finding the hearing aid test. I used AI to discover the problem. The problem is the Philippines has not allowed this hearing aid feature. It has to be allowed by the FDA of the Philippines. 174 countries in the world have okayed their use as hearing aids. God help these people. 2

Youngster Posted December 27, 2025 Posted December 27, 2025 I’ve lived here since 2018, and my devices regions are still set to US. If yours is too, then it shouldn’t be an issue. But if it’s set to Philippines, it’s likely that option is not available because Apple does not have official presence here. I do use my AirPods Pro 2 hearing aid option occasionally, and it works well. 3
