cra Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 I had a chance to visit Cebu for a few days and I couldn't help notice the incredible deterioration of the roads there just in the 3 months since my last trip there. I could not believe the number of pot holes. I hope they start fixing them but wonder how as the streets are so narrow and not much room to navigate if under repair. I hope they start fixing them but wonder how as the streets are so narrow and not much room to navigate if under repair.In the three years I have lived hear I have noticed a marked increase in the number of very heavy trucks on the Cebu streets and a corresponding increase in the cracked and broken paving.
