Mr Lee Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 While wondering around the mall today, we went up to the top floor of the rotunda only to find that they opened up an area as a service center. The was a LBC, a Skycable office, Western Union, a money changer with the same rates as the one on the 3rfd floor of the terrace, and a few other businesses. Changing money up there was a breeze and there was no one on line at the Skycable office, so until people find out about it, it will be a good place to go get things done and besides that, there is an entrance to Guisano Metro, which now has more floors and a food court on the top floor.
