As everyone has said you can barely avoid getting Viagra in Cebu City. The vendors will see an older foreigner and attack. The last time I was there the vendor approached and said, "Viagra sir?" I pointed to my wife and said, "I don't need it." He nodded his head and replied, "I have Cialis too."

But I would certainly agree that I would not go the street route and get it at a pharmacy.

Try asking for SILDENAFIL. That's the generic name for Viagra. Much cheaper than the brand name even in the United States. Pills sold on the streets are Chinese vitamin pills or worse.

I can get tadalafil for about $3 a pill in the US black market.

I know people. Good stuff.

Thought I needed it with my ex wife.

As it turns out I actually I don't. 

Just needed it with her.

I had a bout 20 pills but I handed a few to my brother in law and told him to go make my sister happy. They are the huge 50s. Too much even half is too much of a good thing for my own good.

I tried cialis years ago in Australia, (real stuff) because a friend offered me one so I thought what the heck. The only thing it gave me was the worst headache of my life and did nothing else for me.

You can get that for $1 a pill from an online Canadian Pharmacy.

We have had this discussion before Dave, I disagree about the street pills, there is good and bad in all medicines.  1000 pesos a pill, are you kidding me.  Just bought back some Cialis for a mate in Oz $2Au pill, 72 pesos a pill!!!  you would have to be 'dirty' on your money!.
