A very small amount of water is introduced with each filling but would have little affect on the gas. Now the bottle itself is another issue. I'm not sure about here in PI yet about the hydro testing. You can dry your clothes on a line and stuff them in an electric or gas dryer for 10-15 minutes after they are dry for softer dry clothes. You then have a dryer for rainy days too.
