Forum Support Mike J Posted March 4, 2017 Forum Support Posted March 4, 2017 Does anyone know what kind of critter this is? Slow moving and seem to be harmless. They are dry, not moist or slippery like a slug. When they get in the house I just pick them up and put them back outside. Just curious, not aware of anything similar in the USA, at least where I lived (Oregon and Washington state).
Forum Support Old55 Posted March 4, 2017 Forum Support Posted March 4, 2017 Interesting. We live in Western Washington that looks exactly like a slug to me. No slime, nice.
Queenie O. Posted March 5, 2017 Posted March 5, 2017 Yeah.. seems like a slug with no slime. We have some black ones like that but they act more grub-like and curl up in a coil if disturbed. So many things here that I see from time to time seem unusual and not something I'm familiar with. Tropical things I guess..
