RBM Posted March 21, 2018 Posted March 21, 2018 Jack not so sure Dumaguete can correctly be referred to as gentle. Many years ago sure how ever this is long gone. It's now a very busy small to mid sized city which brings it's own problems. The Filipino with the gun was probably sensitive to his color as dark skin here is looked down upon from the Filipino perspective or so I read somewhere.
