No I dont believe I am. Each bus goes from each North and South Depo to join up with connecting buses. It stops at Ayala and where ever as well. I did post something a while back on the trial that was going on and the trial period is well over and now the shelters are built and the buses are there which I can confirm from seeing myself just yesterday.  I do not know the exact routes but its a start.

As I understand the MyBus system, its about private companies like SM saying they can and will run a private bus service in lieu of a public transportation sponsored by the city.  Actually an interesting concept AND the busses conveniently bring customers to their malls.
