Garpo Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I sure wish they would have offered the reward for information that led to conviction on the kidnap-murder case, rather than just the arrest of this peson who may or may not have been involved in the actual crime. Arrest is a long way from conviction or even getting the answer to what happened.
