Put the money in containers welded onto a large rolling sled, then use a truck with a lift gate to hoist it on board. That should take the thief's a bit more time to complete the job. Make the get away more complicated. Bigger the sled and truck the better. Good luck trying to hide something that big in a little getaway car or motorbike.
