Very sad, what is this world coming to. :thumbsup: CEBU, Philippines - A Thai and Korean national lost more than P100,000 worth of valuables after a robbery incident inside Maru Café along Gov. Cuenco Ave., Barangay Banilad, Cebu City on Saturday at 11:30 in the evening. Thai national Dutsanee Kayankarn, 23, a medical student of one of the universities in the City and a resident of 1-B Eagle St., Sto. Niño Village, Barangay Banilad lost her I-pod touch and Mac Book Air laptop worth more than P60,000. Korean national Seo Hee Lee, 25, manager of Maru Café and a resident of Tankor 2, Barangay Kasambagan also lost an LG laptop amounting to P45,000. Police said both were inside the store when motorcycle-riding men arrived. The man riding in pillion disembarked from the motorcycle and went inside the store while the driver was only waiting outside.The back rider primarily approached Kayankarn who was sitting on one of the chairs and poked an undetermined caliber of firearm, demanding for the gadgets.
