Gloria Arroyo, has been found by the high court as having committed grave abuse of discretion in another case he handled involving a social welfare official’s case dismissal. Gloria Arroyo, has been found by the high court as having committed grave abuse of discretion in another case he handled involving a social welfare official’s case dismissal.No surprise there, since GMA appointed 8 of the 12 supreme court justices during her presidency.Now TRO's (temporary restraining orders) are issued from the highest bidder (corrupt judges). Theonly winners here are all the lawyers of opposing parties. They will continue to litigate until they regurgitate a pitcher full of warm spit.
