Anthony Bourdain, chef, foodie and international traveler, finally paid the Philippines a visit. The episode will be aired in the US next week 2/16/09 on the Travel Channel. Check you local listings. It will be interesting to see and hear what the perpetually snarky Bourdain will say about Filipino cuisine and, if we are lucky, maybe he will eat the Balut. (We already know he loves Durian!)It is rumored Tony visited Manila (of course) Bacolod and Cebu. Ummmm, can anyone say Lechon???633330578034330000CableProgram2346Anthony_Bourdain_No_Reservations.jpgCebu confirmed. Here's a blog by the Cebuano (Marketman) who played host to Bourdain.http://www.marketmanila.com/archives/antho...ourdain-in-cebu
