There is an exhibition of Japanese ceramics on show until 21 march. It is open from 8.30am until 5.00pm and is free entry. It is being held at the University of San Carlos which is P,del rosario which is near Colon Street. I will be going there tomorrow as I have been told it will be very busy in the week.Kevin

Very interesting mate, thanks for letting us know. Slightly off topic, but while you are at the University of San Carlos, why not drop into the Museum which is attached to it ? I spent a fascinating few hours there in 2009, and was particularly interested in the "cranial distortion " exhibits there. They have a couple of good examples of this sort of "beautification method", and i later found some better examples in the Bohol National Museum. Maybe this would be better off in a separate thread, I'll leave that up for the mods to decide.
