Garpo Posted March 24, 2012 Posted March 24, 2012 You should be able to conduct the purchase and sale of the lot anywhere you both agree too. I would suggest meeting at an lawyers office so that you can get all of the documents notarized and witnessed. I would also make sure that you have a complete title search done on the lot as it is not uncommon for people to think they have clear title to a piece of land only to find out that it legally belongs to somebody else and had been squatted on. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
