How to buy a house with out putting it in a Pilipinos name ....... interesting concept ... never heard of this before ..... Of course you could set up a church, pay 20 Filipinos P100 to join the church and then you can buy the house and land as a non profit charitable organization, make the house the church or the parsonage and your home free, thats how the Koreans do it, they also run their business's through this scam. My next door neighbor gets weekly shipments from Korea of boxes and boxes of merchandise as well as large AC units all labeled to the XYZ missionary church, these items can later be viewed for sale on Friendship Hwy I'm not advocating this if it is illegal ..... but it is food for thought if legal .....
