Mike S Posted March 6, 2009 Posted March 6, 2009 Seems some high officials in the Legacy banks are claiming on the local news cast that some high up members of government are involved with the Legacy scam and were the first ones to receive the pay offs on their investments ....... these whistle blowers are being held in protective custody as I'm sure their lives are in danger ......... bet with in a few months they will suddenly have amnesia and can't remember anything ......... happens a lot here in the Phils when it comes to white collar crimes .......
