gmb8585 Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 checked out the Strawberry Residences in Mabolo online supposidly brand new building. a 2 bdrm is 30,000 per month and short term ok, they offered us 5% off for a 6 month stay. Most of the apts and condos I see for rent on various classified sites for Cebu are in the 25000 to 40000 range for a fully furnished and equipped 2 bdrm that will rent on a short term or monthly basis. Obviously if we could find a unit around 20000 or so that would be great as I'll be travelling around for a good deal of the time and will be paying double rent. any suggestions on specific places would be much appreciated so if anyone knows of a place or has one for rent please let me know. little early yet, but will need from December to end of April. thx again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
