Are there forum members in the Philippines who sometimes or all-the-time consume organic fruits, vegetables, poultry, meats & grains? Are there sources for organic produce in Cebu, Manila, etc.? More important, how do you know they are really organic?

In particular, I am looking for a supplier of organic rice.

I see organic rice advertised regularly, in particular there is a rice supplier in Minglanilla that sells VisMin rice they say is organic, I have no way of telling if it really is but the price is similar to ganador.
