I came across it again and felt it was worthy a posting here. It it not your usual heart-thumping rah rah look-at- me view of Philippines life - more a gentle ride through Cebu Island life...almost serene. Perhaps some of you that are in-country already have witnessed something similar...please share if you have and let me know what you think...
