Michael Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 It seems like every week or so a town somewhere is having one. We had one this weekend in Oslob. I think Delegate (?) has a pretty big one in January or February. I was there two years ago. They had some nice things for sell there that time made out of stone. There was only a few wood carvings is I remember right. The town is located South of Cebu City. There were mainly only inexpensive items here in Oslob for sale.
