I hear looking out over a mountain valley is good for the soul. Dont know bout that, but I surelike a nice view. ooops.. Talamban. Geoff Thomas Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Talamban has a lot of mid to high end subdivisions, a few good bars and restaurants and a mall. I know many people there as my office was based there for the last 5 years. Traffic is becoming more and more congested so I have transfered to Banilad also because I live in Banilad. So long as you don't need to travel daily into central Cebu City (Ayala area) Talamban is a good area that has plenty to offer in the property market at all different levels. Silver Hills, Sunny Hills are the two main subdivisions which are elevated and so get the views but there are other options out there that come onto the market from time to time.
