These are fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with A/C and hot shower. It is in Banilad, just a short walk to Gaisano Country Mall and if you're energetic enough, you can walk to Ayala Mall.There is free WiFi which worked well most of the time.Rental does not include power, gas and water so be prewarned, the electricty rate this woman charges is pretty steep! but i believe the power rate anywhere in Cebu City is very high. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
