I still have not booked my Cebu hotel(s) and we will be arriving Christmas Eve about 10 PM at the airport. Will traffic be really bad on Xmas Eve, going from Mactan into the city? Initially I was thinking it should be fine at that time of night but my GF says it might get really bad on Xmas Eve, with everybody going to church, fireworks, etc. Thoughts?
