Also have the 'trickle down' sales person system in place where is is maybe 1 or 2 actual sales people and then other who work under them for a 'comission' and they may have other working under them too call for what ends up to be a 1,000p commission for the bottom of the food chain sales people who work for FREE (but they do not know it) at the mall giving out brochures..... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
