I've lived in two developing countries and one I could count on getting my mail, the other one I could count on getting it stolen. Thanks! MikeB Posted February 16, 2013 Posted February 16, 2013 I've received several letters from the US (eventually) delivered by the local post office, mainly from Social Security because they insist on sending everything US mail so there is no choice. I would never voluntarily choose to send or receive letters or packages through Philpost.
