Shol Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 I have a friend who is asking me if it's possible to apply for this type of Visa with an existing Condo that is already under her name. Is this possible and does anyone have any experience with it ?Thanks!

Shol Posted April 15, 2013 Author Posted April 15, 2013 I did some research it IS possible to use an existing condo however 1. The deposit must still be made and then once you submit the requirements you can then transfer your existing condo and then withdraw the money (50k) if it meets the requirements. 2. Note that the condo has to be titled and deeded or it won't qualify. And from what I am hearing a lot of the condos developers here have issues with getting deeds and titles within a short period of time. Anyway just some info
