Globe Tattoo Problems

Anyone else with Globe Tattoo USB stick problems in the last month or so?

 

I have dragged my laptop and Globe Tattoo around a couple cities and locations this last week and always have the same problem.  Hard to make a connection, regardless of having full bars, and the connection drops after 8 or 15 or 30 minutes so I have to unplug my Tattoo then replug it to make a new connection.

 

If its my Globe Stick I can replace it but before I buy another I want to know if anyone else is having problems.  Just started when I paid my 999 for 30 days use . . about 3 weeks ago.
