Mr Lee Posted April 26, 2009 Posted April 26, 2009 Could this really be true?NZ mercenary, rebels nabbed in Clark trainingSix supposed members of the rebel Magdalo group that launched botched coup attempts against President Arroyo and a New Zealander mercenary were arrested yesterday by the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) but the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) was elusive on the possibility of a new destabilization attempt with the arrest. Another foreigner, an Australian identified as Steven Curtis Rossiter, who was part of the group, and an unspecified number of other Magdalo members were able to escape, according to PAOCC officials.
