Geoff Thomas Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Hi, there are helmet stores all over Cebu City, hundreds of outlets selling many different types but Oz Racing in Banilad or a store on the second floor of SM Mall sorry can not remember the name of it these two places have better quality products, but this said the helmet laws that were brought into play the end of last year means that all helmets have to be of a certain standard. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
