OnMyWay Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 I was recommended a doctor here in Phils and did a search for him on the internet. I didn't find much except that he is on the list of Tricare certified doctors. What did he have to do to get on the list and is the certification any reflection on his skills and/or education?
