Ayala Mall August 2013 - Many Changes

Ayala Mall Cebu city August 2013 updates.

 

Top floor food court is closed more or less, under renovation.

 

McDonalds is under renovation - reopening medio August.

 

Pizza Hut is under renovation - reopening unknown.

 

BPI opened a new Branch on 2 level near Exit to PVU central aka Jeepney central.

 

 

PVU aka Jeepney central exit / entrance is closed due to major renovation all back side of Ayala.

 

New exit / entrance to PUV Jeepney central is now located in Activity Sone.

 

Ayala mall today 3-5 pm was very quiet, hardly any people. Most expats and tourist meet up at TGI Friday's, excellent for people watching, or Giligans for those who enjoy a few beers in a bucket promotion.

 

 

New wing of Ayala is said to be opening in November this year.

It will probably be nice when they finish but that sounds like a lot to close at one time!

I hope Lemon Grass restaurant does not close. While I have not been there in a few years, I would eat there regularly if I had business in Cebu.

That is what I thought last December and it seemed fairly new too.  I'm surprised to hear of so many renovations.
