earthdome Posted October 15, 2013 Posted October 15, 2013 I would recommend he try the electronic cigarettes or eCigs. Also called vaping. This is like smoking but with water vapor instead of smoke. Over time you can reduce how much nicotine is delivered until you are completely off the nicotine. Many malls will have kiosks which sell ecigs. Call me bubba Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Have you considered emailing 1 of the Expats organizations? american womans club? the VFW? manila elks club? maybe some one in the VA Clinic would know. sometimes when one needs a "item that they wanted dearly" another organization can offer info on it.
