So my current concern is transferring ownership of motorcycle and renew of its registration (was due in october). I don't have much time to spend in local LTO (Cebu city), had enough pita last time when I made driver license, so I'm thinking about asking for assistance. I found some options via google: http://lto-assistance.gettalk.net/portal Not at this address /drivers-license.php They ask about 3k+ for their services, plus LTO fees. It's rather big amount for Philippines, but still adequate if you want to avoid all the hassle and time wasting. I'm ready to pay, but I don't know if I can trust them.
