He has lots of contacts and really helped me through some sticky issues.  He's determined to help you as his client--that's the feeling I got. He is surprisingly effective!  I feel good that I can contact him when something else comes up.   I was happy to pay him.   

 

He speaks English well, but it's better if you bring a Filipino with you as I could sense him more comfortable with his native language--but I find that with all the professionals here--including my architect--who is also very good.

 

But everyone needs a good atty. to go to ... especially foreigners. :thumbsup:
