I am getting tired of answering ads for rentals in Cebu where they really do not have the unit advertised or not at the rate advertised and then they try to switch you to a higher priced less desirable unit. I am offering a finders fee to anyone who can find me a flat rental suitable for two, fully furnished near Ayayla or near a beach somewhere close to Cebu City. Any helpful suggestions appreciated.
